For FRASTUONO festival, I created a megaphone made of terracotta, a fragile symbol of propaganda.
From within, vibrations emanate, perceivable by touching the megaphone. These vibrations correspond to the modulation of voice and tone used by Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni during one of her speeches. The megaphone, therefore, is no longer a rigid tool of loud propaganda but a fragile, silenced object, perceivable through touch or by bringing one’s ear close enough to hear its faint murmur.
